Mix a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with Sunflower Beauty Oil in a small bowl. Rub a small amount of the mixture on your chest and let a wave of relief envelop you.
Mix a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with some cool water in a bowl. Soak a washcloth in the mixture, wring it out and apply it on the forehead.
Soothing Head Sauna
Combine a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with water in a microwaveable bowl and heat it up for 30 seconds or until the mixture steams.
