Shipping Policy

Simple, Transparent Shipping — With Care Every Step of the Way.

For Metro Manila addresses, shipping starts at ₱39.

For Visayas and Mindanao, we first check if your location is serviceable by our partner courier, LBC. If it is, shipping begins at ₱69. If not, we’ll personally reach out to help arrange delivery to the nearest LBC branch available to you.

Once your order is completed (fully paid), we book it for courier pickup by the next business day (yes, even on Saturdays!). From the day of pickup, deliveries typically arrive within:

• 1–3 business days for Metro and Mega Manila

• 5–7 business days for areas outside Metro and Mega Manila

While we do everything we can to ship promptly, delays caused by the courier may occasionally happen — and are beyond our control. But please don’t hesitate to reach out if your package hasn’t arrived after the expected timeframe. We’ll be more than happy to help follow up.
