What shipping carrier do you use?

We use GoGo XPress for most of our courier needs as we find them prompt with their pick-up and delivery time-frames. GoGo XPress covers Metro and Mega Manila addresses. They also deliver to select provincial addresses. You can click here to see GoGo Xpress' serviceable areas. If your address is not listed under GoGo Xpress serviceable areas, we are unable to fulfill your order. If payment was already made, we will be sure to process a full refund.

How long does delivery take?

When an order is completed (meaning, fully paid), we book your order for pick-up the next business day (including Saturdays). From the pick-up date, your order will be delivered within:
• 1-3 business days for Metro AND Mega Manila addresses
• 1-7 business days for addresses outside Metro AND Mega Manila

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. For those who chose Same-Day Delivery, please contact us right away so we can let you know how much the shipping fee would be. You can either send us the payment via our payment lines or choose to book the delivery yourself (if you want to take advantage of vouchers given by Grab or Lalamove). You can use 'Ecoshoppe PH' as the pick-up point to know the shipping fee estimate.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

No. If you wish to place an order and pay COD, please contact us so we can arrange it for you.

Do you accept reseller?

We are also a stockist of all the products we sell. For wholesale inquiries, please contact the manufacturer. For Ecobar products, we do offer sub-reseller packages. We offer P10.00 off each bar for a minimum order of 15 bars. We give additional 5% discount for orders P5000.00 and above. If you are interested, please contact us.

Do you accept dropshipping arrangements?
