Taking the switch? Awesome! Using this eco-friendly pad is similar to regular pads. Get one pad from the set and remove the wrapper and sticker cover. Lay down your undies and stick the pad on the crotch area. Stick the wings at the other side of the crotch area to secure it in place. Wear the undies as usual.
Keep the pad on for a few hours or once you feel it’s full. For removal, gently pull the pad from the underwear, fold it, wrap it with a tissue or wrapper, and dispose of it in the bin. Ideal for heavy flow.
