Recommended for: cold, headache, and tired muscles' relief
Cold comfort
While there is no single cure for the common cold, the distinctive cool, crisp scent of eucalyptus helps clear a stuffy nose and soothe headache symptoms.
Muscle massage
Eucalyptus oil enhances the calming effect of a massage for tired muscles and joints, and the scent helps relax the senses.
If you are pregnant, hypertensive, or have epilepsy, consult with your physician prior to use of essential oils.
INGREDIENTS:
caprylic/capric triglyceride, Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf essential oil
SUGGESTED USAGE:
Comforting Rub
Mix a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with Sunflower Beauty Oil in a small bowl. Rub a small amount of the mixture on your chest and let a wave of relief envelop you.
Cooling Compress
Mix a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with some cool water in a bowl. Soak a washcloth in the mixture, wring it out and apply it to the forehead.
Soothing Head Sauna
Combine a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with water in a microwaveable bowl and heat it up for 30 seconds or until the mixture steams. Place the bowl on a table where you can lean comfortably over the rising vapor. Cover your head with a towel, breathe deeply and bask in the rejuvenating heat for five minutes.
Energizing Bath Blend
Pour 1 cup Epsom salt, ½ cup baking soda, and a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil and Lavender Oil into a sealable plastic bag. Making sure the bag is tightly sealed, lightly knead the contents to mix them. Use one tablespoon of your DIY blend per bath and revel in the relaxation.
Insect Bite Relief
In a bowl, mix a few drops of Eucalyptus Oil with clean water. Soak a cotton pad in the mixture and dab it on the affected area for relief from itchiness.
