Definitely, a must-try if you are looking to support your emotional health and well-being with aromatherapy. Most unique in its ability to lift your mood while keeping you calm and secure.
Take a whiff of bergamot essential oil and you’ll likely understand why it's most valuable in supporting emotional health and well-being. It’s set apart from its other citrus counterparts because its initial citrus, sweet, fruity aroma is nuanced with neroli-like, herbaceous, and peppery notes coupled with a high linalyl acetate content similar to lavender. Simply put, it has both the uplifting, inspiring quality of citrus oils combined with the calm security you can find from lavender. It’s so unique, that our words can’t seem to do justice to the quality it brings. Definitely a must-try!

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Phototoxic – Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for up to 18 hours after applying bergamot oil to the skin. Bergamot oil must not be applied to the skin undiluted. Serious skin burning or damage can occur if bergamot oil is applied and the skin is exposed to the sun or a tanning booth. It may be used safely (no phototoxic response) on the skin in a blend at no more than 0.4% (approx. 1-2 drops per 1 oz/30 ml of carrier). If you are using the oil on an area of your skin that has no exposure to the sun or UV light, then there is no safety concern. (Source: Aromahead Institute, Aromatherapy Certification Program)
